Austrian Mayr-Melnhof Holz acquires German Hüttemann Group

On May 22, 2018, the Austrian Mayr-Melnhof Holz Group and the German Hüttemann Group signed an agreement for the takeover of all shares of the Hüttemann Group with locations in Wismar and Olsberg, Germany, by the Mayr-Melnhof Holz Group.
