In December 2017, we successfully completed the sale of a large-scale Munich bakery.

Founded in 1896, this Munich-based family-owned company sells artisan bakery products in the fourth generation. In addition to the classic range of bakery products, Ziegler offers its customers a wide range of quick-service items with café specialties, snacks and lunch. With its well-known name, constantly changing product range and excellent product quality, Ziegler sets itself apart from its competitors. With around 260 employees in 25 branches and the production in the city center of Munich, the name Ziegler is a heavyweight in the local baking trade.

The bakery and confectionery Ziegler GmbH was acquired by the GFEP GmbH, which plans to enhance the business after the purchase. sonntag has advised the sellers.
